Full Body Interval STRENGTH Trainer and the STRONG Mom Challenge pushes you for 8 weeks to build lean muscle mass, improve your strength, and make you feel strong and energized!! Here's what you get! *5 interval strength workouts per week with dumbbells that will give your body an awesome challenge and change in only ~30 minutes per workout! This program builds off of the 4 week Full Body Interval Trainer E-book and takes you to the next level! *Full length follow along videos for me to push you through each and every workout! *Workout splits between upper & lower body *2 lower body, 2 upper body, 1 full body and 1 optional ab workout per week - that's SIX workouts per week - only $4 per workout!! *Weekly prompts to improve your nutrition, reduce stress, increase hydration and more! *Access to the Private Group to share your progress and experiences with other Moms working through the challenge right along with you. *Video group check-ins at the end of each level! *Pair it with Private Personalized Nutrition Coaching to cover all aspects necessary to really make a long term lifestyle change and get the results you've been looking for!
