Behavior Tracking Calendar

Use this Behavior Tracking Calendar to visualize your consistency with creating new habits! This is an awesome tool to plan out your month of exercise and check off the boxes as you accomplish your daily goals!

 

*Fill in the name and dates for the month

*In one of the blank boxes at the beginning or end of the month, fill in the 1-6 things that you want to focus on every day. Some examples are: water intake, fruits/veggies, vitamins/meds, showering, protein shake, etc. Whatever those things are for you that you know you need to do daily to stay on track with your health & wellness.

*Make a note next to "workout" of what your exercise for that day will be. For example: walking, lifting, yoga, rest day, etc.

*Now you're ready to check off the boxes daily and see your progress over time! You'll be in the groove of new habits before you know it!
