Take on The 6 Weeks of Movement Challenge to get you into an awesome habit of physical activity! Here's how you do it:

  • Pick ANY form of movement every day of the week. It can be walking, running, yoga, strength training, etc. (It does NOT have to be the type of movement indicated on the download.)
  • Mark off the day after you've completed your physical activity for the day.
  • Post your weekly progress to Instagram or Facebook Stories and tag @theexercisemommy for accountability and to be featured!
